On-site consulting services are at the core of services offered by Allegient. Our consultants can assist your organization in reaching maximum operational, financial and compliance efficiency. Specific areas available for consultation include (but are not limited to):

.  OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENTS - On-site evaluation of all HME processes from intake to documentation to billing to management of accounts receivable

· REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT - Complete outsource billing services including access to HME software and document imaging

· ACCREDITATION PREPARATION - Assistance with completion of preliminary / subsequent policies and procedures and preparation for on-site survey for only ACHC accreditations

· BILLING SOFTWARE INTEGRATION / SELECTION - Assistance with selection and integration of HME software including training and data conversion

· COMPLIANCE - Complete review of company compliance program to include suggestions for organizational / operational changes

· STAFF BILLING TRAINING - Training of billing staff on billing fundamentals to include coding, documentation, billing management and reporting

· CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING - Training of HME Customer Service staff covering intake, product coverage, documentation and interaction with company billing staff

· ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT - Complete review of company Accounts Receivable with detailed instructions and best practices to collect amounts owed on Federal, State, commercial and private pay balances

· AUDIT DEFENSE - Review of audit requests along with procedures and strategies to appropriately respond

All on-site consulting is charged on a contracted daily rate basis plus all reasonable travel expenses. Contractual retainers for long term engagements will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
